Melbourne prime movers

This company should shut down their business.
They told us:
They will pack all of the house in two days and furniture will arrive after 8 weeks at the new house.
First two people arrived to start packing. We had to help because they never could do that. We had to pack all boxes, they started with the rest, but because even that wasn't impossible we had to help too.
Two of three days they arrived about three hours late.
On the third day they just put all furniture which wasn't wrapped without care into a truck.
The people told us they will do wrapping at the port.
The container was around 4 weeks in Melbourne at the port and went on a vessel 5 weeks later.
After 14 weeks our container arrived in Germany.... and guess what. We got told that we have to pay more money because of the delay. and this container had boxes from 3 different Families carried to Sydney, Adelaide as well as Brisbane. We found a sofa which was not ours in the middle of our goods and we had to pay money to get the rubbish of this other people cleaned up too.
We paid for a 40 foot high cube container which should just belong to our belongings. Nearly all of the furniture and parts this company was packing was damaged or dirty because they left it for a longer time uncovered outside. All of the furniture and parts they packed after the two days without wrapping into the truck was thrown in the container like they were at the house. Our mattress was not just very dirty someone was also kicking a big hole into the back. We could see the footprints too. (Thanks for that because it did cost us 2800 AD and was just 1 year old). We complained but the company was laughing at us. They are in Australia and we are in Germany.... (catch me if you can!!!) But I hope this message will go around.....
I learned my lesson.... this company never ever again
