Well I don’t know where do I start from , the best customer service I have seen in Australia, great work , I have never been there and left unhappy, I do always get my car back nice and clean , I do really recommend everyone to visit this shop and try it , very rare people this days
Vish always goes above and beyond what is required without extra charges. Very honest mechanic, which is very hard to find. Do yourself a favour and get your car there.

Terrible customer service and an incompetent mechanic . Rwc passed on my car with a broken steering rack .reporting him to vacc,vicroads and consumer affairs .he will be hearing more from me
We really appreciate your feedback, but we were sure that wasnt the case , you bought the car and you came to complain after 2 weeks . At the time of the test , the steering was working good . You can only break a steering if you get into an accident or you hit a curb . You didnt have this complain when you bought the car when you test driven the vehicle ? You were not my customer so I would not say more .

I have had several costly issues with my previous car, so I finally decided to get rid of it and find a replacement. Since I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and didn't have enough money for a brand new vehicle, I went to Melbourne Tech for assistance and support. They found me an almost brand new car that is very reliable, suits my needs, and most importantly within my budget. The car that they purchased for me was from NSW. They traveled all the way there to inspect it and even bargained on my behalf. This just shows that you are in good hands at Melbourne Tech as they will always go above and beyond to provide you with excellent service without costing you an arm and a leg.

I have come to Melbourne Auto Tech with a fear of a loud noise from my engine area, But Vish did his diagnostics and to my surprise a car which was diagnosed by Mazda dealership turned out to be totally wrong, Vish Saved me $2000 from getting timing chain replaced and instead it was the belt tensioner.
Price for diagnostic was affordable and fast service .
