If I could give midland Mazzucchell’s no stars I would. The worst customer service my partner and I have experienced. From them losing our engagement ring, to getting the ring size wrong, to pushy customer service. I’m just disgusted! After my partner paid for my engagement ring, he asked Mazzucchelli’s to hold the ring, instead they lost it. When he went to pick it up, they tried giving him another ring instead!! Management was absolutely awful to him, and extremely pushy! He advised he did not want another ring! They ordered the ring he wanted and in the size he wanted and it came back in the wrong size!! Again, management's customer service was terrible.
I would stay away guys. Not worth the trouble!
Recently had an insurance claim repair done on a ring that was purchased here. Kept me up to date with the progress of the repair & followed up with repairer when necessary. Have found them competitive on jewellery prices & good quality pieces.
