Made appointment to repair garage door. Technician was late without a phone call to notify us. Had to reschedule appointment for another day. Second time around, office got the appointment worng so I was waiting all morning only to find out that technician was coming in the afternoon. That's two days of my time wasted waiting for them. Never again.
