Received fantastic service at every point of demand. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us find what we needed, so we weren't wandering around lost in that giant store.
I got lost looking for a tool. Found someone to help me and they did. The experience was as expected (similar to shopping at Bunnings). If you have shopped at Bunnings before you will know what to expect.
We've been here a couple of times now & have found the staff to be super friendly & helpful.
Just a tip: walk in there with a list or set budget or you'll end up spending heaps lol
I find their prices are fairly competitive but not as cheap as they rave on about :-/
From the moment we walked into the store the staff were very friendly. They came up and helped us and went out of their way to find things for us and show us to areas we needed to find. They were cheaper than all other stores we had visited for similar items and the store was well laid out and clean. I would definitely shop there again.
This is a big new store. I went to check out the prices and products, but found that they really aren't any cheaper than Bunnings or Mitre 10. It is a big store, but I wouldn't make a special trip there unless it was worthwhile. Maybe when they have a sale. Easy to park, because they have a really big car park. Quite easy to negotiate around the store too. Less jam packed than some stores. They also have self service.
Good to know, haven't been to the Morayfield one yet. Loving the air con at masters though.
