Ordered a bargain oven online for pick up at Burnside. Rang 5 days latter to see if it was there yet, spoke to Raul. He took my details said he would find out where it was and ring me back in 5 minutes. Guess what!?! He actually did ring back in 5 minutes!
Located the oven at the warehouse and would follow up for us. Received a text at the end of the day that in was now at Burnside for pick up. Went in the next day and received great service, helped load it in the car and where very friendly.
All that at saved $600 on the oven.

Very good customer service. Great knowledge. Prices were fantastic. Spent a lot of time choosing deigns and colors. But overall great experience. Definitely going back.

Great prices but really poor service. Promised delivery on a certain date, still waiting after 2 weeks. Promised to phone on a certain date ... still waiting. Really disappointing after I spent a lot of money!
