Used these so called professionals to clean our carpets and couch. The couch actually came out looking worse than before. Benson himself came the 2nd time to rectify it with no success. Had to get a professional company in who knew what he was doing to get the couch back to brand new. Out of pocket $330 to clean couch properly and over 6 weeks for a part reimbursement from Benson. Would never use or recommend this company again.
Benson was great looking after our carpet for many year. We start using his service when we live in apartment in CBD.
we now own our house and we still call him to service our carpet.
Lovely person. Friendly. Helpful. Always on Time. Pricing was right.
Quality was great.
I do and happy to recommend Benson from Masterclean.
