Leigh left here a short time ago. While he is not a quick as some of the others that have been here, my windows and surroundings are so very clean. He is also very polite and tidy. He hadn't been before and wasn't quite sure how big the place was. It isn't that big but there are lots of windows and lots of glass out the back of the house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Wonderful job.From Mt Pleasant Windows. Ms Nickie.

A very big thank you to the lovely gentleman who cleans our windows, (I think his name is ****, apologies if I have this wrong)
He accidentally broke a sprinkler and immediately let us know and fixed it. So nice to know there are still honest people around.

Thanks for that, Josie. He did mention it when he returned to the office. Things do go wrong sometimes no good denying it. When youre concentrating on the window to get it as perfect as possible, occasionally it happens.
Im proud of him for letting you know straight away and glad he was able to fix it. When these things happen, my mantra is Apologise Rectify Apologise!
It always gives you a sick feeling in your stomach when something goes wrong, but what (the tech) did was the absolute right way to deal with it!

I've just (today) had my windows cleaned - inside & out- by Paul and he did a fantastic job. The before and after difference is amazing. Paul arrived on time, was very friendly and not only cleaned the windows very well but also took the time to tidy up any water on the tiles etc. I'm really impressed with Master Window Cleaners. I'd recommend them to anyone and I'll be using them again.

We have had two cleans to date. The gentlemen are always on time, courteous and one pointed out some issues with windows that needed to be addressed by our builder. They use a great streak free system and are able to clean relatively inaccessible windows on our second floor. They take old fashioned pride in their work.
Thanks for the review. Old fashioned pride in workmanship of our tech's is what it's all about. Look at each and every window pane as we do it and think "Can I get this any better or is it about as perfect as it can be?" The pure water we use on the exterior show just how far the technology has come. The brass squeegee was invented in the 1920's. and that remained the bees knees til the late 90's. Master Window Cleaners was the first in Perth to embrace Spot Free window cleaning. Gradually others have caught up but we remain the most knowledgeable in possibly the whole country, having used it since 1998. Thanks again for your comments.
Our first time of having our windows professionally cleaned. They were pretty grubby so we thought we would give it a go! We are amazed at how brilliant our windows and mirrors look! Paul was on time, friendly and professional. His workmanship and care for our property is outstanding.

Hi Jessica, When people say, "I've got really dirty windows", we love it. Nothing gives me and my tech's more satisfaction than the difference between the before and after results. The reaction from clients puts icing on the top! That's what job satisfaction is!

Master windows offer excellent service. Window cleans are always scheduled well in advance for the entire year. staff are always on time, pleasant and carry out the job without any problems. I've been using their service for quite a few years now and never had a problem.

Customer of Master Window Cleaners and had a terrific fellow called Paul come today to clean our windows. Over 2 years since cleaned and very impressed with the job Paul did. 5 stars to Paul as we have a 2 level pole home and not the easiest of windows to clean. He also arrived on time which in todays world is something to be commended. Well done and hope we get Paul next time .
My windows had about 2 years build up of dirt and grime and Bill has done a fantastic job of cleaning them. I actually have not seen them this clean, and I used to do my own windows for years. Certainly eclipses other window cleaners. Bill was on time, very polite and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Master Window Cleaners and I will use them again in the future. Just want to thank you for your professional service and in particular want to thank the young man (Jason) who came and cleaned our windows and gutters, who was very courteous and efficient. I will certainly keep on using Master Window Cleaners regularly. We also had our gutters cleaned - good job!

Thanks for that. We can do offices and office blocks up to 4 storeys. Our pure water pole systems enable us to get inbetween buildings that often can get done.

I would certainly recommend Master Window Cleaners. I lost the previous window cleaner I'd had for 8 years when he moved into commercial work only. Master Window Cleaners came out very promptly and gave me a comprehensive quote. I had to change the date (my fault) we'd agreed on which was done without any fuss. Paul arrived on schedule and did a fantastic job, working non stop and very efficiently and was very pleasant. I will definitely be calling on them again.

In a sea of cowboy operators, Sharon, I do hope to present a professional service. We always are battling the Fly by Night window cleaners who are here one moment gone the next! They don't pay tax or insurance so they can charge cheap rates. I prefer to sleep straight in bed knowing my tax is going towards schools and roads etc.
I will also be there the next time you need our services!
It's also something to be proud of to see peoples eyes light up when they see the difference our work makes!
Our service tech does a great job by the way and is very respectful of our place, and is extremely courteous. We are very happy to have him do our window cleaning.
Thanks for your comments, Warren. I try not to name the techs. Otherwise you have people requesting them by name. The important point is that I know which techs are getting the praise and look after them, lol. Each tech works differently and has their own high points. Some work quick, others more meticulously. As long as the QUALITY is there, I am happy. I try hard to employ full time people rather than casuals! It's also important to note that in this very busy time, I have one van idle in front of the office. That's not because I can't find just anyone, but I can't find someone of a high enough standard to represent Master Window Cleaners!
The service I received today by Paul from Master Window Cleaners was highly commendable. He was efficient and friendly and did a wonderful job on the windows. Thank you Nickie, for your comment. Leigh is great in that he is meticulous :) Window cleaners work at different speeds which is why we can't charge an hourly rate. As long as all guys meet leigh's standard, I don't mind, to a point of course haha
