Called up to get some information advice purchasing a new tap and possibly filter for our rain water tank. Extremely unhelpful patronising service. Made many rhetorical statements and presumed I as the customer should know what services they do and don't offer and just generally rude. Would not recommend.
We bought an 1100 lt tank to put against our back wall and it looks pretty good. Not brilliant molding as it's rough in places, but it will do. Problem - a few months after putting it in, the water level was high (finally) and I was filling a watering can when the tap sheared off and went flying, followed by a pressurised stream of water that flooded close to the house and throughout my garden shed.
I rang the man we bought it from but he just said that it was a cheap Chinese import and couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't happen again. He gave me a replacement tap but we had luckily kept the much stronger one from our old tank. He really wasn't interested. Thankfully it's winter so the tank should refill.
Approximate cost: $640
Paying $640 I would have expected better service than that, we are in need of another tank around 22,000litres, definitely will not be purchasing from them.
