Their a OK business. They do what their paid to do and that's about it. Overall I was happy with their service but nothing really stood out. They are average but if you are nearby they are worth visiting.
Now there is a bit of competition in the 2 for 1 optical industry now - but good service is hard to come by. Masterspecs Roselands offers fantastic friendly service by well trained staff. I got a great deal on a gorgeous Fendi frame and a 2nd pair. Couldn't be happier - highly recommend this place!
i was planning on getting new glasses when i walked into master specs. i was able to obtain a eye test on the same day and the service was great!! im a person who likes to know what im buying and i asked alot of questions on what was included and what not, how my private health insurance covered the glasses and what gap i needed to pay. she answered all my questions and in the end i walked out of there with my new glasses and feeling really good.
what i really liked was the service she wasn't pushy or anything she let me go at my own pace trying on what i liked and getting suggestions from her. it was a lovely experience

i did the last minute get new glasses to claim before 31st dec. they were fast with the eye test and then they told me the maximum i could claim then showed me options and what she thought suited my face and was very friendly
