Errol at Massage Strategie has a great knowledge of the human body and muscle groups. His massage techniques are excellent and effective. Errol has helped me with improving an old hip problem as well as chronic back problems. I would recommend him to anyone with chronic pain.

As a house wife there's A lot to do in the house, when I was lifting up the basket of clothes i I felt pain running down my back. I did not pay attention thinking the pain will go away by itself.
