Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Their communication is absolutely appalling—I spent weeks chasing them for a demolition date, but they consistently ignored my calls and emails. The stress and frustration they caused me were beyond unacceptable.
Eventually, I was forced to cancel the contract due to their complete lack of professionalism and accountability. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my deposit, despite failing to deliver the service they had promised. It’s clear that this company is more interested in taking your money than providing any level of honest, reliable service.
Their behavior is not only unprofessional but also unethical and disgraceful. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to avoid MASA Group at all costs.
