It was a pleasure doing business with Martin Place Locksmiths. During my initial call, they provided friendly assistance over the phone. After booking a job to install a deadlock in Paddington (I took up their WOMO offer), they were not only prompt, but also updated me when the locksmith was 30 minutes away. The locksmith that completed the job was courteous and polite, cleaned up after himself, and there were no hidden costs.

When living temporarily in Sydney, my laundry had no lock on the door, and was in a public place. I called MP Locksmiths, and told them about the problem, and there wasn't a huge rush as it wasn't a huge concern. Despite that, I had a man over the next day, finish the job quickly and to an amazing standard. Hugely recommended!

I called up this firm simply based on the reviews here to install a deadlock on my apartment. They were honest and up-front about pricing and time scheduling. The whole time I felt respected and made to feel very comfortable. The overall price was the cheapest I found as well, and the locksmith who came over for the installation cleaned up after himself! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Surprisingly fast (15 min to Sydney city) and very cheap compared to others! Great for late-night lockouts, if you get into the same hassle as me :)!
