Not ideal for lone female consumers
Used to be as polite and friendly and caring many years ago as his extreme competence and troubleshooting but the last couple of years I only call when it's a dire problem as I know the accusatory virtually insulting way I'm dealt with as to how the monitor arm must have gotten broken (its 5 years old out of warranty) so no need to attack the cause. Also answering calls the F word can fly out if he's annoyed with spam and the "D" word was thrown around liberally when discussing politics and I had a male visitator with me. Not great value $277 for 45 minutes which included 30 minutes of pure verbal and emotional hell thanks but no thanks! Am now quite worried that Geeks To You (Gold Coast) has him on speed dial!

He is down to earth, seemingly knowledgeable regarding computers, laptops, cabling, sound systems and even security systems. Honest, reliable, hard working. Recommend for small-medium business owners etc.
Mark is very reliable and always available to contact or will call straight back. Very knowledgeable and honest.
I've used Mark to help with a few of my "problematic" computers over the past few years so much so that he has gotten to know their quirky habits! He fits you in quickly and has your gear up and running again almost before you know it, unless it is a major problem. He will give you a quote for repairs before actually going ahead with them and is a great guy to boot!
