Had a great night at this restaurant. It was a little hard to find as the address shows that it's on the corner of little lonsdale and Healey's lane, but you do have to walk very slightly down healey's to find it.
The different marinades and dipping sauces worked a treat. Among the 5 of us, we had a set for 2 people, which came with a selection of meats, 2 bowls of rice and a choice of any stew in the menu. We had selected the kimchi stew and had another order of the Korean chicken and ginseng stew, along with a stir fried glass noodle dish with a sweetish gravy.
The side dishes were good and refills were free.
Good quality korean bbq. Mapo Grill sits up there with the likes of Hwaro and Guhng.
The atmosphere and setting is like a classy bistro.
It was definitely worth paying more for the quality of the food, efficient and friendly service, and overall experience
