I had been physically searching everywhere for a particular product when I came across their store at Airport West, I saw what I wanted there but I needed two and the store only had one.. So I came home looked them up on internet and was able to buy as many as I needed via this method. I was so pleased with the ease of ordering, the postage was free over a certain amount and the parcel arrived promptly. The fact that they are an Australian Company only makes the whole experience excellent in my view.
