We ordered our son's 1st birthday cake from here January 2011.
It was a big deal and we ordered a Bob the Builder design after looking on their website.
When we collected the cake it look nothing like any of the pictures & because we had already paid half deposit we couldn't just walk away as his birthday was the next day!
This was a $100 cake!
To add more disappointment to the situation, when we went to serve the cake it was horrible, dry and tasteless.
I believe they are no longer in Business now.

I spoke with Denise this morning looking for a cake board. I found her to be rude, doesn't let someone finishing what they are saying, and then hangs up on a customer. Poor customer service skills. Dreadful. I found what I wanted at another shop around the corner.
