Loved the venue but the food was horrible.
Abalone vegetable soup.. help me god,
Crab meat balls from Aldi supermarket freezer, sticky rice wrap was really salty.
We had to pass around the table heavy communal food plates all night,
5 quails for 10 people, my husband was struggling cutting it in half to share with me.
When the lobsters dish was brought out, 5 half lobsters for 10 people, some tables only had TWO halves between ten people. we eventually gave up, as it was too difficult to divide. ( I heard the groom was fighting with [redacted due to personal identifier] , I think the agreement was 10x 1/2 lobsters and each guest was supposed to have individual plates for all the dishes). I hope I don't have to attend another wedding here. :(

Thank you so much for such a wonderful night! Everyone raved about the food and the service was second to none. The presentation of the reception was absolute perfection and was everything we had hoped for. We couldnt be happier that we chose Florian as our wedding reception. We will certainly not hesitate to recommend Florian to our family and friends and we do hope to be invited there again! Our wedding was the best day of our lives and you were the reason it was.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful venue and service for our wedding. We've received a lot of positive feedback from our guests, who have said the atmosphere of Florian is beautiful, and some of which said it was the best reception venue they have been to!

The menu was great and our guests have said that they enjoyed the food too.

I'd like to also thank Kristy for being helpful leading up to the wedding both via email and phone, making it easier for me to organize our special day.

Overall, the whole experience was a great one and John and I had a blast on our wedding day!

Thank you for assisting us with our Melbourne function last evening. Just a little note to say 'THANKYOU' for the wonderful evening we had celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary at the Florian on the 20th of January.

The elegance and style of the venue was admired by all our guests. The food was delightful and the staff so hospitable and professional.

A special 'Thank You' to you Kristy for making us feel very welcome right from our very first meeting.
