We arranged a one off clean of our house and are now having regular fortnightly cleans. This has saved my life - we have a toddler and 2 dogs, and trying to keep the place clean while working too was just killing us. We now have two lovely women come for 1.5 hours every fortnight and they leave the house looking beautiful.

What guarantees or warranties do you offer, if any?
Maid to Clean provides a 200% satisfaction guarantee on all services. If a customer is not entirely happy with a service, we will return to fix up any areas free of charge. If they are still not entirely satisfied, we will provide up to a full refund. We will only ever charge a customer what they believe is fair.

We have been operating for over 11 years, and have completed almost half a million cleans!

Maid to Clean generally hires cleaners with at least 1-2 years of experience. All cleaners have valid police checks, background checks and insurance. Maid to Clean has recevied a vast number of awards, including the Small Business Champion Award 2024, a national award recognising them as one of the best cleaning businesses in Australia.
What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?
Maid to Clean offers two types of service, an hourly rate and a flat rate. Hourly rates are simple - customers pay by the hour for flexible cleaning. Our flat rates are fixed price packages that include a full clean of the home, plus any extras requested too.

Hourly Rates - $70/hr One Off
Hourly Rates - $63/hr Weekly/Fortnightly
Hourly Rates - $66.50/hr Three/Four Weekly
Flat Rates start at $169 for a 1 bedroom home.
