Hi all. My experience at Magic Tile was just a bit above average. When my wife and I arrived at the store, we were greeted within a short time with a polite "hello and how can we help?" We really came to have a look and to compare prices with other shops we had been to. It did not take too long to find the perfect tile to cover half our house's floor. The service was a bit slower this time as the shop was quite full leaving the staff short handed. We were able to negotiate a better price than was on the ticket and they promptly offered the name and number of a tiler to do the job. We declined his offer and found a much better tiler to suite our needs. The big downside to our purchase was to wait for the delivery of the tiles and when they arrived, I had to help the elderly driver manually unload the lot as he looked exhausted. They had a great amount of stock and I would recommend them to anyone who was chasing the perfect tile.
