This company really let us down. They confirmed and promised to move our belongings on a Monday. I tried calling them numerous times on Sunday to confirm but they did not answer. Finally I sent them a text to confirm everything was ok for the next day. One and a half hours later at 5.49pm on Sunday the owner texts me to tell that they cannot do the job! We were left stranded. We had to move on Monday! We had to call around and hire a truck and my husband and friends had to do the job ourselves. When I called and texted the owner to ask him what alternative he could offer he did not respond to my texts and did not answer the phone!! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AS YOU CANNOT DEPEND ON THEM. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!.
