My hair is so patchy and they didn’t say that you’re not allowed to have a number 1 in your hair and my dad told them to do a number 1 and they still did it. They cut under half of my hair at the front and the front is uneven, this will be the first day my friends will see that and I will probably get bullied…
They really are fantastic with kids. My 3yo son had been going the since his very first haircut at 9 months old. They have plenty of toys to play with and even have DVDs playing at each chair so the kis can watch a movie whilst having a haircut. My daughter has thick long hair and they do an amazing job. They are reasonably priced and always take into consideration what parents want. They are so good i have started going there too. The gids grandad recently had my son's haircut at a different salon not only did they ruin his hair but he was scared of going to the hairdresser again. Going back to Magic Moose is the best thing we ever did.

What a fantastic business, the staff are friendly and welcoming, we are normally greeted by name as soon as we walk in, and my son is kept busy with the toy area until a seat is available. The staff are soooooo tolerant and patient, we have been going there for a couple of years and will continue.

At first I thought it was a good place as I took my young baby there. They were patient and the tv's there are a god send!

Great place for kids and adults, the ladies were both so patient with my then 12 month old son who really did not want a haircut. Also great with my 4 year daughter who loves haircuts and great for me too.

I took my two girls there for a hair cut. Great little play area kept one busy while the other one had their hair cut. There's a tv at each hair cutting station (not that you can hear it) and also a massive tv on the wall in the play area. I was happy enough with the haircut and we walked in, no appointment and got a cut straight away. The customer service left a lot to be desired unfortunately. First words to me "If you're here for a haircut, go sit around there" Second sentence "So who's going first?" Third sentence "So what do you want, a trim?" Didn't talk much to the kids or I. Despite being happy with the cut, I won't be returning; want to take the girls somewhere they feel comfortable and with a friendly person.
