When was your business founded?

Founded in 2026 by Geoff Huens, Richard Kelsey and Daniel Hall. Based in Lane Cove West, building for trades across Sydney, Newcastle, the Central Coast and the rest of Australia. More than 30 years between us scaling Australian online businesses, plus a career tradie keeping the work honest.

What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?

Fixed fees, quoted up front, for websites and monthly plans. One-off work outside a plan is charged at an hourly rate, quoted before we start so you know the number first. No surprise invoices.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

The call after go-live when a tradie says a job came in through the site. Most of them have been burnt by a website before, so the good part is not the design, it is watching it bring in work.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

50% deposit to start, 50% on go-live, due on receipt by bank transfer. You never pay in full before seeing the site.
