We had a leaking hose connector and was replaced (more the 10 years old) and the reel painted for $7 (total cost) and our other one a rusted split pin which the connector was replaced for free. The customer service is fantastic and will recommend their products to all our friends.

What is the point of making a zinc plated hose reel that lasts 10 years if the plastic connector lasts 12mths or less? The plastic connectors on all 4 of mine leak almost as much water as comes out the end of the hose! I dont expect these to last the same as the steel reel but i do expect to be able to buy spare parts from the bunnings i bought it from!!!!! Rubbish

I had a Broken hose reel connector because of my water pressure and they replaced it free of charge..no questions! They are a family owned and run business and they have great customer service. I have had my hose reel for 10 years and it has never broken up until now...top quality and they know what the customer wants!!!
