We used Mad Dog Promotions for our company branded stubby holders and we gravely disappointed in not only the lack of quality but of the poor customer service we received. After receiving the product and not being happy with it, we continually sent emails and called the company to try and resolve the issue. They completely avoided getting back to me. In addition, a refund that was supposed to have been given to us when a change in the printing was made was not reimbursed until we continually chased them up for it. When I asked why had not paid us on the date they said they would, they said because we had a problem with the order so they were 'waiting' to see what happened. So, basically, they held it ransom when that refund had nothing to do with the issue we were trying to resolve. NOT professional and not good customer service. I would not recommend them.
