Low Cost Wire

I want to inform everyone about a positive experience I had with Low Cost Wire. Scott Stacey and his team went out of their way to advise and guide me through a project I had in mind, even spending his own time drawing up a procedure for me to follow. Sometime later when I had decided not to go ahead with my project and suggested that I return most of the goods for a reduced rate so as not to muck Low Cost Wire around; Scott Stacey instead offered a full refund and said that it was no problem at all and just part of the service; even though there was no chance of repeat business (as it was a one off project for me). I have never encountered such high business ethics. I do not know Scott personally and have not even met him; only dealing with him over the phone. The invoice date was 30/10/14. Invoice no. M3302. I wish Scott Stacey and his company all the best for the future. We need more companies and people like Low Cost Wire & Scott Stacey in this world. I hope they can win some type of business award.
