I have been a customer of Lloyds for about 15 years now. In that time their service and customer focus has been exemplary. My most recent example was when I needed the winder on a window replaced. Rather than have me bring in my van for them to do it (which I was quite prepared to do) Kerry explained how to do it myself and helped with a couple of great hints. You don't have to ask why I'll be going to them for the next 15 years, God willing.
