There is no exceptional customer service here! We asked for switches to be installed to operate electric blinds without us needing to stop/start the switch. Switches were replaced, but when we had someone in to adjust the blinds we were told that the switches were wrong. This was confirmed with the blind manufacturer, and then a different electrician. It cost us to replace the switches. We asks for a refund but somehow we are being told that it is our problem! No refund! Not happy at all!!
