These ladies also offer Pilates & Yoga group classes- haven't done any of these yet. Sports physio available, was very pleased with my treatment. Only 2 sessions and I knew what the problem was and had a solution for it too. Sessions are pricey (most physios generally are) but if you have health insurance, they have the facilities to deduct the health cover amount off so you save immediately.
