We back our work with ongoing support, not a one-off handover. Every plan includes hosting, updates and fixes, so if something needs attention we sort it as part of your subscription. There is a six-month minimum term, after that you are month to month with no lock-in, which means we have to keep earning your business every month.

What is your level of experience in this line of work?

Our founder, RJ Wright, has been building websites professionally since 2012, so every project draws on more than a decade of hands-on experience across design, copywriting and development. Link Juice has been operating since 2023, focused specifically on conversion-focused websites for Australian small businesses.

What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?

Simple and predictable. We work on a flat monthly subscription, not hourly rates. You know exactly what you pay each month, and design, copywriting, hosting, updates and support are all included. No surprise invoices, no charging by the hour.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Plans start at $195 a month (Starter), $345 a month (Growth), and custom builds from $495 a month, all on a six-month minimum then month to month with no lock-in. Paying annually saves around 17 percent. Every plan includes design, build, hosting, updates and ongoing support.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

Seeing a small business get the website it actually deserves. A lot of owners have been sold a good-looking site that does nothing for them. The best part of this job is building something that earns trust and brings in real enquiries, then watching it become an asset the business can rely on.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

Plans are billed monthly to a card, with a six-month minimum term, then month to month with no lock-in. We do not use Afterpay or interest-free terms, mainly because the low monthly model means there is no large upfront cost to spread out in the first place. You can also pay annually and save around 17 percent.

What makes you unique compared to your competitors?

Most web designers hand over a good-looking site, take a large upfront payment and move on. We treat your website as a business asset, not a one-off expense. Every site is built to earn trust, turn visitors into enquiries and help the right people find you. Instead of a big upfront bill, you pay a low monthly subscription with no lock-in after the minimum term, so we only keep your business by making the site genuinely work for you. We handle design, copywriting, build, hosting, updates and support, and most sites go live in about five days.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

Most websites go live in about five days, once we have your content and brand details, far quicker than the weeks or months a traditional agency takes. We do not offer same-day service, because a site built that fast would cut the corners that actually make it convert. Updates and changes after launch are handled quickly as part of your plan.
