A bit disappointed as a big store and with only one available staff on register this evening . She was so slow and rude , she wasn’t willing to help , I waited for her for 15 minutes as she was explaining about machine to a customer before me and I had few items to go through , she wasn’t interested in me and wanted to serve next customer because I have few fabrics to cut ... she needs to go back for her customer service training , pathetic experience.. and she was talking about me to next customer and both were making faces
lots of crafty items and homewares, curtains, accesories, bathroom accessories, wool, beads, glues, so many things far too many to actually mention individually, love this store though, if i need something for the home its one of the first stores i visit
