My brother and I were experiencing one of the hardest times of our lives, grieving for our father and our mother feeling to overwhelmed to make funeral arrangements. Kim’s support, guidance, compassion, patience, kindness, understanding was second to none. Sadly it’s not the first time Kim has helped us with such personal arrangements for our loved ones. Our fathers memorial send-off was truly beautiful and everything in between. Mark was outstanding with the service. The DVD, the specialised coffin signage (Brother) just made it all the more special, we would not have been able to get through it without Kim’s support and everyone at Lincoln Family Funerals.

I first used the services of Lincoln Family Funerals after the death of my husband in 2015.
My daughter and I were both very impressed with the way things were handled then and the fact that there was no hard up-sell, just making us aware of our options within our budget. Last year they also did a beautiful service for my darling mother.
After the sudden death of my second husband this year they were able to provide the ‘no service’ cremation my husband wanted for a reasonable price. During this difficult period I was most appreciative of Laura’s practical advice coupled with her empathetic manner - it was just what I needed! Thank you!

Affordable and great service. We initially started our pre funeral planning with Malinda who was really really helpful. She took us through all the various options and her suggestions were very helpful. when the actual funeral took place, we missed her tremendously as she's moved towns but we had Donna and Bec to help out. We recently lost our son and Laura was wonderful with both guiding us and assisting us through the process of arranging a funeral service/cremation. She took onboard our needs and requirements during this difficult time and did a wonderful job of organising a fitting and memorable funeral service for our son. She was great at communicating with us and responding back to us always in a timely fashion, even though and I stress we had to organise everything with her whilst we were interstate at the time. She is great at what she does and incredibly empathetic which is what you need during your period of grief.
