Disgusting customer service, called up to try explain what I was after and for an approximate cost,the lady was rude, unprofessional and had a sarcastic tone as Im not good with hair terminology. She proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence.

Absolutely fantastic! I emailed a booking enquiry as I was unsure exactly what I needed to book in for. I got a prompt response that was incredibly helpful and easy. I was quoted a price before booking and than again before the process started after having a face to face chat with the stylist (which I think is fabulous and they where also the same price so even better) Tempany is incredibly talented. I had a rather big colour change and it turned out better than I could hope for. The whole team where friendly and professional. They all made you feel comfortable. I also had eye brow wax and eye lash tint. I would definitely recommend Lily me Red to everyone.

Went here for a haircut and colour and Shannon was incredibly helpful! It was my first time ever getting my hair dyed and she talked me through the different options for colouring it and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Shannon truly knows how to work with hair and gave me advice to suit my particular hair needs. Incredibly happy with my experience here and I highly recommend Lily Me Red to anybody who is considering getting their hair done!

From the moment I met Kim I felt at ease with her thoughtful and kind energy. I have been a loyal customer for approx 10 years. I will not consider going anywhere else, Shannon is amazing, going above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. A true professional who listens advises then delivers results ensuring satisfaction. I have never left disappointed which unfortunately was my usual experience prior to finding Shannon (lily me red). The service at Lily Me Red is amazing. You don't feel judged and the general standard of gossiping about each client to the next, never happens there. Kim and Shannon do a beautiful colour and you can't fault their products. Lovely ladies, I have long wavy hair & they always do a wonderful job of cutting & colouring my hair, to be honest I'm probably one of the pickiest customers there is when it comes to my hair, but I completely trust these ladies & would highly recommend them

My haircut was what I asked for. Lily Me Red delivered the opposite of what I am used to.
It was a very basic men's haircut, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to get simple, decent quality in this town!
Additionally, one usually must settle for whatever the hairdresser has time to do with your hair that day, an attitude which is usually accompanied by a disdain for the fact that you dared to darken the doors of their business.
Lily Me Red gave me excellent service, courtesy, a very good haircut and excellent value. Again, the opposite of what I have been used to for years. They deserve to be very successful, and I hope this review finds a very wide and large audience. Thank you very much, Lily Me Red. I will be back.

These girls run a great setup here - laid back & very friendly. Myself and my partner always get our cuts & colours done here and are very happy. Kim & Shannon are our stylists & they are both great. Highly recommended :)
