I chose Light & Bright Interiors based on the promises made during the sales process, and unfortunately my experience fell far short of those expectations.
From the beginning, I was given the impression that the project would be handled professionally, efficiently, and to a high standard. In practice, I found that many of the commitments discussed before signing did not materialize. Communication became inconsistent, timelines were unclear, and I often felt I was chasing updates rather than receiving them proactively.
The most disappointing part was the quality of the final work. Based on the company's marketing and representations, I expected a polished, professionally designed result. Instead, I felt the finished product was mediocre and lacked the level of detail, creativity, and execution I was led to expect. Several aspects of the design felt generic and underwhelming rather than thoughtfully tailored to the space.
What frustrated me most was the gap between what was promised and what was delivered. Had expectations been set more realistically from the start, I may have evaluated the project differently. Instead, I felt that the sales pitch created expectations that the final outcome did not meet.
My recommendation to potential clients is to get all promises, deliverables, timelines, and expectations documented in writing and to carefully review examples of recent completed projects before making a commitment.
Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.
