From the moment we walked into the shop and right through to the installation of the timber floor we were very happy. Absolutely Stunning - From the moment we walked into the Lifewood showroom we were in love. Michelle our salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and the quoting process quick and easy using house plans followed by a site visit. We chose bamboo in Rustic and had this laid throughout our new home. Everyone at Lifewood was a pleasure to deal with. Our installer Brent was fantastic and his workmanship is second to none. The floor itself is absolutely beautiful! I cannot fault Lifewood and would definitely recommend using Lifewood if you are looking for a timber floor!

High quality bamboo floor boards: A nasty waterleak in our kitchen meant we had to replace our old bamboo floor that seen better days anyways. After much research we decided to to buy the engineered bamboo floor boards and other materials from Lifewood (formerly called Bamboozle) which has been a fantastic choice. The new floor looks amazing and is twice as hard as our old floor, so should last much longer between re-sanding. Our installer was also highly complementary - said these were the best bamboo floor boards he has ever installed. Customer service was excellent as well: we had to return about 15% excess boards and glue due to a bad estimate from our insurance company's builder and got a refund without any squabbles. Overall a great result and can highly recommend Lifewood and their bamboo flooring product.

We looked at various suppliers for our wooden flooring but were most impressed with the quality of the Lifewood product. The knowledge and level of help from everyone in the showroom was exceptional and as we built close to the beach we chose the French Oak as this colour and style suites the environment perfectly. A big thanks to Luke for the wonderful job that he did over the 4 days laying the floor. I can highly recommend both the company and the product to anyone thinking of purchasing timber flooring.

My wife and I chose Lifewood flooring recommended to us by our friends. From the moment we stepped into the showcase showroom and the wonderful array of flooring available on show we chose Black Butt. The entire process from choosing the product,the receptionist, Tony the sales person , Jeremy the site Manager through to the contractors who laid the flooring can only be described as professionally well done. Brilliant every time!
We used Lifewood because when we went into the showroom we fell in love with the product and the people! We ended up having then come out to do work on 3 separate occasions as this suited the household. Each time they were professional and kept us well informed every step of the way. They made sure our request for "Brent the Super Installer" was met. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lifewood - they do beautiful work with a wonderful product and you won't be disappointed!

After shopping around and even tho bamboozle was not the cheapest quote their product won us over. Craig and Stephen from sales were great. Jeremy was very helpful when he advised on the prep work needed on our old floors. James our project manager sent two of the most professional friendly installers Aaron and Adam. They did an absolutely amazing job. We absolutely love our new floors and we would not hesitate to recommend this company. So happy. Thank you.

We feel extremely lucky to have the floor of our first home to be done by Lifewood. After the initial meeting with Stephen we knew we came to the right place for the best quality product. Stephen expertise and interest in what we wanted made us feel at ease and he was here to help us with our queries all the way to the finished installation.
