Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill

We first stayed here a number of years during the second week it was opened. we have just had eight wonderful days again - this time we took a couple of friends. The unit we had over looked the dams where we were entertained each morning and evening by the wild life. The kangaroos came right up to the door. The staff were so very polite and helpful. There are many delightful wineries in the area.

I recently went on a wine trip to The Hunter Valley and stayed at Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious and the complex was smack bang in the middle of The Hunter Valley. It was a great point for day tours and also offered a tennis court and pool. I even saw a wallaby on the premises during dusk.

This is a lovely place to stay within walking distance of several vineyards and the Hunter Valley Gardens are across the road. The service is great and who doesn't love a spa bath.
