Now in Darwin and spending time here. Spacious park compared to some, but the ensuite unit is very basic. However it does the job. The park is some way from the city centre but closer than some others. Swimming pool here and sea breezes sometimes.

Sounds like you both are having a wonderful break, I have been enjoying reading your reviews and my husband and I look forward to also doing this in retirement, which is still a long way off. We are looking forward to our US trip next year.

Thank you for your nice reply. Last year was not so great so this year we are making the most of our time. We will stay around Darwin area for awhile - not sure how long and then make our way home taking our time as we did on the way up. I am sure you will have a great time in the US next year. Being retired is great and we spend a lot of time travelling- our daughter lives in Europe but will be returning to Aus soon. Went for two years and been there for 6. Will be returning soon with her family so no more European trips.
