2nd time dealing with lead and cannot fault
After excellent service from Lead Conveyancing for sale and purchase of our properties last year (2025) I was put in touch with Lisa Davies Senior Paralegal from Lead Conveyancing to assist with a title transfer. Lisa kept in constant communication, was very informative and totally ontop of steps to ensure a smooth transaction at a very reasonableprice. I would highly recommend Lisa Davies.

Only dealt with Rae Robbie at Lead Conveyancing she was great all the documentation was clear and all instructions were precise .. all questions were answered promptly .. the whole process through Rae was excellent .. very impressed

Initially we were dealing with another
conveyancer who was quite frankly terrible! My wife actually came across Lead Conveyancing on a google search and boy are we both glad she did.
