I would definitely recommend lakeside dental, staff Were outstanding. The dentist he is a pro. I have a phobia of the dentist from Previous bad experiences at other dentist in the bay 3 of them. Lakeside made me calm, relaxed the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Book in today.

The practice is very up to date, staff were all polite and friendly. Dentist was very nice and thorough explained what he was doing and what needed done in future. I had a voucher from Qld Health but was treated just like any other patient. Have another appointment in a couple of weeks.

The feeling when I walked in for the first time was that this was a very modern looking facility & it was the same throughout. The front office staff, dental assistant & dentist I dealt with were friendly & professional. I am not comfortable at the dentist but I was good here. They put me at ease for this visit anyway.

All the staff are amazing the dentist and her assistant were fantastic totally professional and caring and took away all my phobia’s about dentist’s I would highly recommend them to anyone that is afraid of dentists and want a great smile at the end. Thank you

Thank you Dr Jantz for your skilful, highly professional and wonderful work with the 2 new Crowns that were fitted today on my third visit to Lakeside. I know I showed great hesitancy and ‘nerves’ on my first visit to Lakeside Dental Spa in early September and the results of the initial examination were not good at all concerning the state of health of my teeth overall but with your thorough and patient assessment of what could be achieved and with your suggestion of a three phase Plan to Cap the teeth that are wearing badly, I knew this was the path I wanted to take to restore my teeth back to good health.

In a word, professional. Reception staff efficient. Dentist elucidated options and presented a plan based on a thorough examination that included, I suspect state of the art X-ray. Dental work undertaken was a smooth process and excellent result. My preferred Dental clinic now.
