Would not recommend at all. I got my hair done here 2 months ago, for over $500! 3 days in I noticed my scalp red, blistering and felt hair breaking. Contacted management and sent multiple pics for advice and was told to remove them if I can and they were going on holidays and recommended I let my scalp have a break whilst she is away. She did advise she would book me in when she gets back- no communication AT ALL when she got back. Contacted for a appointment and told that I would need to pay the standard fee for maintenance of $120- even tho I didn’t even get a week out of them and due to incorrect placement/fitting. The beads were so close to my scalp they were pulling my skin. I honestly thought she would have replaced it or offered a discount due to her error ( I said I knew it wasn’t her fault because she was generally lovely and didn’t want to upset her but being in the business previously and a long time hair extension user, I knew it was) . When I mentioned the same to her about a discount I didn’t get a response. As a qualified hair extension tech- take my advice and take your money and business elsewhere!!!! I will be contacting QCAT for further advice as terms and conditions say they will adjust free of charge if brought to their attention within 7 days so that’s false advertisement aswell.
