I've been a client at Lady at Bay for a number of years, having originally gone there courtesy of a gift. My first experience of a facial was so good, I've kept coming back. I have reasonably sensitive skin, and each time I visit, the therapists take the time to re-assess my skin to ensure I continue to receive the very best treatment and product recommendations for my condition. Apart from the fact the therapists are all unfailingly professional, friendly and welcoming, and the treatments are a wonderful ‘me time' experience, the aspect I most appreciate (having recently been made redundant), is the care and concern of the team. I have never once been pushed to purchase additional products or treatments, and I know that when something is recommended for me, it comes from a genuine desire to achieve the best possible results and is not an up-sell opportunity. I have absolute trust in the team and the products and treatments they offer, and when the owner says she doesn't stock or offer anything she hasn't personally tested on herself first, she means it. This integrity, coupled with the warmth and skill of the team and the overall ambience, makes any treatment at Lady at Bay a very worthwhile experience. The price points are comparable for the area, and the quality of the products and treatments make it worthwhile in the long run....your skin will thank you for it.

I went last week to get my eyebrows waxed. It was my second appointment and I had no issues the first time with friendly service and a good job. On this occasion my skin was swollen and burnt the following day. I called the salon to voice my concern over what had happened. There was no answer so I left a message explaining what had happened and cancelling my next appointment. I received no follow up call to find out more about what had happened or to apologise or offer a refund which I found extremely disappointing. I am sure all therapists have bad days and the other comments on this site (which were the reason I chose it in the first place) are all very positive, so I hope this is the exception as opposed to the rule. I however won't be returning.

Always consistently high standards and they are very experienced, professional and friendly. I have never trusted a business more than Lady At Bay. I never question their advice and I love their special offers. I always get compliments about my skin and no-one believes me when I tell them I'm in my 40s - they think I'm in my 30s, which makes me feel fabulous. It's relaxing and peaceful and I look forward to my treatments.

I had a fabulous "Forever Young" treatment on 13 July as my face was feeling dull lately. I walked out of the salon feeling beautiful again! Lauren was lovely and professional. I will definitely book my next session with Lauren again!

I bought my girlfriend a massage for her birthday and I decided I'd go with her for my regular facial. I was really surprised (but delighted) when they brought out little cakes, chocolates and Champagne as an extra treat for my girlfriend and me. It's always nerve racking when you recommend a place to friends - you hope it'll all turn out fine. I shouldn't have worried. They are very professional at Lady At Bay and I always get comments about my skin and how good I look. We were both really happy with our treatments and we had a great day. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Another lovely business in Neutral Bay. They're always happy to see me and always make my day special with the care and attention they give me. I have regular facials, but because I'd had a little car accident and was upset the other day, they gave me a free pedicure and chocolates to cheer me up. They are the best at what they do and my skin always looks amazing. I've recommended friends and their skin has improved as well. This is the best spa around. Love ya guys!

Lady at Bay is a Neutral Bay institution. After living in the country for 15 years it is comforting to come back to a familiar Beauty Spa. Although the faces have changed, the service is still professional, friendly and they still truly want you to look your best. Great facials and treatments!!

Lady at Bay is an indulgent experience. The products they use are amazing and make my skin really glow. The Beauticians provide great advice and the facials produce immediate results; they even apply make up after a facial so that you can look gorgeous for the rest of your day. I can't recommend Lady at Bay highly enough!
