Rude and incompetent. Women on phone has massive attitude problem treats customers with contempt . Text me for collection of battery drill got home no motor in drill called and got Mrs rude who couldn't give a toss . Carried on like it was my fault they stuffed up . Never once did she say sorry for the inconvenience we've caused due to our incompetence
