We had the pleasure of using Kova for our move this week. By using an hourly rate it meant we weren’t overcharged. The boyz conducting our move were Jon, James and Sam. We had explored a number of options with no success at finding a removalist close to the holidays. Kova came to our rescue and managed to fit us in. On the scheduled day, Aaron & Justus arrived right on time & got into it without delay. Same when we got to our destination - they wasted no time unloading and were extremely careful especially where doorways were a bit tight for larger items like the refrigerator. Both were absolutely fantastic and very accommodating & polite young men. We could not speak more highly of our overall experience with Kova, their professionalism, and their punctuality. These boys know their trade and work hard for their money. Their rates are so reasonable too!!
I had so much to move it filled the biggest truck they have. From glass tables and paintings to antique furniture and fragile tea cups. Not just furniture, I had over 40 boxes and 10 moving bags. Kova moved them all without issue. I moved from a single level to a two story Queenslander. They boys moved my double door fridge, washer & dryer and large king bedroom suite all up the stairs without any problems.
I have used Kova Furniture Removals for three moves now.

Awesome service, great team of boys. They barely stopped the whole time they were there. Loading up one end and unloading at the new house the boys took great care of all our goods. Would highly recommend the team.

Very good service. Actually turned up early and we were not quite ready but worked around us. No task was too much and very helpful. Handled things with care. We will be using them again.

I highly recommend Steve and his team. The communication was excellent right from the start, very prompt and clear. The team arrived right on time and were very efficient in assessing the job and getting it done as quickly and carefully as possible. Steve came to the job to check everything was running smoothly which shows he really cares about the professionalism of his teams. The men Troy and Michael were excellent in everything they did , taking very special care of all of our items, placing boxes etc where required, and making sure no walls were marked in the property we are renting. Excellent customer service both from Steve who originally phoned, booked the move and took care of the admin side of things through to Jordan and his co-worker who took care of the physical side of the move. From start to finish the process was handled professionally, efficiently and all my moving needs were taken care of. Moved house last monday in the rain and had a fantastic stress free experience with Kova Removals. Steve and his two assistants were very friendly, professional and worked very efficiently. Due to bad weather my move could not be completed in one day and the removalists were great in organising the items required for me to live comfortably for several days while rescheduling a new time for the balance of items to be delivered that was convenient to all parties. Service was great and the removalists friendly and polite. Approximately 4 hrs in total.
