Kornblum Custom Made Curtains

About five years ago I had four rooms of curtains and blinds made by kornblum. They look lovely. However, getting any after sales service from this company has been impossible. Twice I have spoken to someone at the store and was told someone will call be back, still waiting. There are a few things I would like fixed but they don't seem interested. Very disappointing as the consultant that first came to my home was amazing, sadly it stopped there.

Great company, great people. Our alfresco blinds were supplied and installed on time and professionally and efficiently. The installers even cleaned up after themselves. Kim, the manager, also recommended a great electrician with the same quality standards. Was a pleasure dealing with this company from start to end. Will definitely recommend.

I just wanted to thank Kornblum for their great service, product and enthusiasm to make me happy. From the get go Deborah was very responsive to my enquiry and arrived to her appointment on time. She then offered me several different options but went with her recommendations. I really appreciated her honesty and integrity. Something you don't see so often these days. The blinds were ready for installation as promised. Again the guys arrived on time and did a great job. Their attention to detail and respect for their customer was a standout and have no problem recommending kornblum in the future. I have had several comments from friends and family. I have just had 3 blinds fitted today and I'm extremely happy with them. Kornblum came to my home gave me great advice on what my options we re to provide the best shade for my family. And with in 5 weeks my blinds were custom made and fitted. The whole process was quick
and easy. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes I got. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Bought some curtains from here and although they are pricey they are quality! the staff are really friendly and willing to help. I was very happy with my experience.

True they are not cheap but you get what you pay for, which is curtains of a really good quality, made extremely well. Very helpful service and many choices of curtains, drapes etc.

Kornblum makes beautiful custom made curtains but they are not cheap. The quality and choice in the store is excellent and the end result was worth the extra in cost. The staff were very helpful in guiding us with our choice and we were able to take sample materials at home to see if they suited our furnishings. Overall i was very happy with the service we received.
