I have been dealing with Knight's House of Rover for over 20 years and found them to be problem solvers who are honest, cost effective and reliable. They are by far the best Land Rover repair business in Qld.
Knights use the Land Rover computers for all of their servicing recommendations & employ no creativity or common sense when trying to find the root cause of the problem. We booked our car in there several times trying to fix a problem, which they continuously band-aided without fixing the root cause. So we had to keep coming back. After having it fixed & it breaking down less than a week later, we became frustrated. When we pressed them to unplug the computer & have a proper look at the car the old fashioned way (ie mechanically) they became very rude & refused to look over the car, telling us they only did what the computer said. We spent thousands of dollars unncessarily and when they recommended we try replacing a major part that would have cost us thousands, we left. It turns out we we were able to fix it for $350 with another mechanic in Brisbane who took the time to do the job properly the first time.
