A1 service from Georgia at K-mart kippa. Had probs with a faulty item and she sorted it pronto and didn't make me feel like a crim for the trouble. Spot on!

great shop but can be a little hard to navigate as there is so many islands with stuff on them that getting especially double prams or trolleys around can be tricky. overall it is a good store and will continue to shop there

Some great quality brands are found in this store which is great, but some are just cheap junk that break very easily. Nine times out of ten the staff are willing to help and are often around the store. It's generally tidy and not a bad kmart store to visit :)

Been here quite a lot and have found bargains instore that make me smile! Not everything is great quality, but definitely affordable for the average person.

The staff are always lovely! The clothes don't always last long, they go crappy after a few short weeks but I'm always amazed by the fantastic bargains! Cheap prices every time I shop there, and always served by great staff.

Excellent service, and always feel welcome when the welcome lady at the front of the store always says hello, and enjoy your day.

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter and they were the wrong size, so i wanted to exchange them for the correct size. The lady at the counter was quite put out that i didn't get the correct size in the first place. not good customer service

I love this store. Although not quite as large as some other Kmart stores, this store is beautifully set out, clean and things are easy to find. I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and have met some lovely staff members on my shopping trips to this store. Extremely cheap merchandise is available with a huge range to choose from.

every time i go into this kmart the service is quite good! the staff are friendly and always talk to us. theyre great. and their prices arent too bad either. thats where i intend to go to get most of my homeware stuff in the current months. id recommend them :) but they should have a little more staff on the ground to help customers find things.

pretty cheap, good service and polite. but they should open later on the weekend not just week days

The staff hear are very friendly they always chat with my kids when we go there, they always have low prices for kids clothes and toys which is great for me.

This is a kmart store that needs to step up its game. Staff are rude and obnoxious and not slightly helpful. Kmart is good value and their sales are always worth while however, i will travel elsewhere in the future

The place is just a tad bit dull and out of date could use some new stock and a fresh look. Although it has great customer service and can usually pick up a bargain.
