I bought a Morphey Richards kettle and toaster from Kitchenware Direct, and I had so much trouble with delivery. I got it sent to a service station we were running, open from 6am to11pm, and they kept saying 'can't be delivered, unattended delivery', when there was someone there all the time! Not happy, we eventually got it but it was after 3 or so deliveries!
Have always loved this website as with many products they are the cheapest on the market, not always but a large majority of the time. My items are always delivered within a few days and I love the email notifications to tell me what's on special etc. They are also helpful with their online advice, for example I can tell them I want to spend $xx and what's the best knife set I can get for this and I am given a few suggestions to choose from. I always check this site before setting foot in any store to buy.
Best online price for the item i was looking for - one of the few stores online or physical that stocked it, so bonus on that!
Postage for small single item (a timer) sounds expensive at $6.60 but that is pretty standard. However, the price seems fantastic now given that the item arrived 2 days after it was ordered - completely unexpected as it was the week before Christmas. Prices on other items seem reasonable enough, and this is one I will keep in mind when looking for my next kitchware purchase
