We love attending aqua fit classes at this outstanding pool. The water temperature is about 29 degrees and the pool is very clean. We've been attending this pool for hydrotherapy and aqua fit classes and cannot recommend it highly enough. There are three small pools (one with graduated steps and handrail to ease into the pool). The fourth pool as 25 metres with the iron rail steps to enter the water. Leaving the pool can be managed either by the steps or by backing up to the pool edge and then swinging your legs to one side over the edge of the pool. The team of physios and fitness instructors are on hand to ease you in or out of the pool if you need assistance. The change rooms and shower areas are segregated and cleaned regularly.
