Keep giving these guys a go but very rare I get my correct order!! Tonight asked for 3 x original chicken wings, got 3 x hot and spicy tenders.
You guys need to check and recheck orders .

The customer service is great. The crew are friendly, smiling!! and welcoming. On one occasion we wanted to change our order and the team made it a hassle free event. These are all drive through experiences. Can't wait to make it to the restaurant!

Overall this KFC is okay. The staff could present better and be nicer in terms of customer service however the deals are usually pretty goof and the store itself usually clean.

It was my worst experience in KFC ,and I do not like to eat KFC anymore ,it had awful smell and very fatty ,the service was very bad and slow and uneasy

I find the staff pleasant.. when they're not staring at you waiting for you to make your mind up..
I guess the thing with fast food is that the people that serve you only serve you once, its not like you have rude waiters harassing you as you eat. But yes, it would make the experience better if they were kind.
As long as I get my chicken in the end I'm happy. I love the chips!
this is the worst kfc in the country [ by far ] rude people , they will try and get away with selling you food for tea that has been sitting since lunch time , check your order before leaving as they also try ripping you off by not giving you the whole meal 1 peice of chicken short , 2 nuggets missing , half full pop-corn chicken ect will never eat there again , ripped off too many times

Went to KFC today, was very unhappy with the service. After being overcharged (the girl 'forgot' to do my student discount, and then couldn't because she'd already pressed the $50 button on her screen). We bought our meal home and couldn't eat our greasy soggy chips, or our disgusting fat ridden pieces of what was meant to be chicken. I have never seen it this bad before, I even rang up and made a complaint!

after waiting in line for 10 minutes to be served. served by rude young girl whom made it known boneless was longer available when i asked. when i checked with my children to see what else they would prefer i was told to hurry up as other people were waiting. so ordered takeaway, got home to fing chips soggy as, salad out of date, and disgusting meat supposedly chicken with not much meat, all fat and bones. YUK! Very poor quality in more ways than one.
