My family enjoys the occasional meal at KFC but unfortunately we always seem to have quite a disappointing experience at the Taree store. The staff never smile or look happy, you are left standing there waiting for ages while they get the previous customers order ready, there is no 'won't be long' or even an acknowledgement that you are there. 9 times out of 10 they forget to put something in or give you the wrong order and are sometimes rude when you let them know and it is all so overpriced. I like the fact that they are using paper bags now instead of plastic but they pack so much into each bag that it feels like the bottom is going to fall out. There is also no consistency in the quality of the food, sometimes it is slightly undercooked then other times it is cooked a little too much. It would be good to see some major improvements to the customer service offered by all KFC stores.
I have to admit I do like KFC chips. Great for a quick easy meal. Service is as ok but could be improved. Im not over fussed on the chicken as I know its not chicken.
i have to admit my family do love their KFC.. good quick and easy meal for the whole family for affordable price i definitely recommend everyone go to KFC

taree kfc is horrible the staff are lazy and never give you what you ordered there food is so badly cooked I will never go there again on the few times I have been there I have had to complain
Same quality of food you would expect in any KFC restaurant but the service in this place is horrendous. No one that works there knows how to smile, they don't look at you most of the time even though they are talking to you and they get your order wrong 85% of the time even if they aren't busy. This business needs a major overhall.
We didn't have a very good experience. Floor was messy, staff were not very friendly and it took a long time to get served (and they were not busy) Cars were lining up at the drive through and several of them had to come into the restaurant to collect their food. Burgers looked like they had been thrown together and one of ours was very flat, like it had been trodden on. We put in a complaint and were duly re-embursed. Service and food was better the next visit.
